02Calculation Disclaimer & Estimation Nature

PlanDrivo provides estimated travel expenditures for informational and trip-planning purposes. While our algorithms incorporate real-time OSRM routing, live official PSO/OGRA fuel prices, and National Highway Authority (NHA) toll matrices, actual on-road expenditures may vary due to:

Unforeseen traffic congestion, construction diversions, and detours.
Individual vehicle mechanical condition, tire pressures, and driving style.
Severe weather, headwinds, continuous steep mountain climbs, and continuous AC usage.
Mid-month unannounced government petroleum price adjustments or local pump surcharges.

03National Highway & Motorway Police (NHMP) Compliance

Drivers and riders are strictly responsible for obeying all traffic laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan:

Rule 130 Compliance: Motorcycles, scooters, and two-wheelers are prohibited on all Pakistan Motorways. PlanDrivo automatically diverts two-wheelers to National Highways (N-5); users must not attempt to enter motorway ramps on motorcycles.
Speed Limits & Safety: Drivers must observe posted speed limits (e.g. 120 km/h on M-2/M-4 or lower in fog zones) regardless of time estimates provided by the tool.
M-Tag Regulations: Motorists must ensure their vehicle is equipped with an active, recharged M-Tag on designated electronic express lanes.

The PlanDrivo brand, logo, user interface designs, custom mathematical algorithms, and compilation of toll/fleet matrices are the intellectual property of PlanDrivo. Scraping or redistributing our routing APIs without express authorization is prohibited.

05Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PlanDrivo or its contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from route deviations, traffic fines, fuel shortages, roadside delays, or mechanical issues incurred during travel.

06Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pakistan.
